Yahoo messenger chat window empty

If you have arrived so far, you probably are looking for a solution to a bug yahoo messenger. When you type your message and send it done, nothing appears in chat empty. The messages of the other person do not appear, the window remains white. Here are some ideas to solve this problem appeared in yahoo messenger 9, also found with 10 and 11.
Solution 1:

- Exit yahoo messenger
- Open the Start menu, type execute
- In the window "Run" type: regsvr32 jscript.dll
- Then type regsvr32 vbscript.dll
- Launch yahoo messenger, if it works, you are done, otherwise try solution 2.
Solution 2:

- Open the Start menu, type regedit
- Before going further back up the Registry (Export)
- Now we will remove areas too, sometimes added by viruses
go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software> Microsoft> Windows> CurrentVersion> Internet Settings> Zones
