Although this is a step in the right direction for Apple (after starting to sell unlocked iPhones in the United Kingdom last year), customers in the United States can still use them for 3G network AT & T. They may however be used with MicroSim T-Mobile, but only on EDGE. Business-travelers will now be able to skip a MicroSim here if abroad, and take advantage of the new tariffs of their host country.
