Galaxy Tab: Australians will finally be entitled to the tablet for the holidays

On appeal, the Australian court has once again changed its mind and allows the marketing of the tablet Galaxy Tab by Samsung Australia. A losing battle for Apple, but the war is not over ...

Apple still has the opportunity to apply to the High Court to quash that decision yet. The group has not clarified its intentions.

But Samsung have victory cry: "We believe that the trial clearly states the basis of non-judicial applications for Apple", the Korean automaker says in a statement.

Let us not forget that land of kangaroos, a procedure is pending against the iPhone 4S, Samsung also accused of violating its patents. Judging will be issued in March 2012.

The Australian conflict could therefore experience a short Christmas break, as the U.S. trial. But in Germany, hostilities are resumed.
