SAN FRANCISCO, December 8 evening news, a Paris Court Judge Benjamin Frank (Benjamin Ferran) on Thursday rejected a Samsung (microblogging) want to ban sales of Apple iPhone 4S in France's request.
Frank said, Samsung's request is "inappropriate" and called for Samsung to pay 10 million euros Apple legal fees.
Apple and Samsung in a patent infringement dispute began in April of this year, followed by the two companies in 10 countries around the world have sued each other alleged violation of its patents. Especially after the listing in the iPhone 4S, Samsung has accelerated the pace of prosecution.
The two companies have winners and losers in the patent battle, U.S. District Court Judge ruled last week, Samsung smart phones and tablet computers are not substantially affect the sales of Apple iPhone and iPad, it is not enough in the United States issued a ban order.

In other countries and regions, Apple has made several victories. For example, in Australia and Germany, Apple won the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet temporary embargo. In addition, Apple is still the Dutch victory.

Apple iPhone 4S after the listing, the Samsung has a number of countries accused of iPhone 4S patent infringement. But so far, has not won a victory.
