Google: Android has been the leading iPhone

Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt yesterday at the LeWeb conference in Paris, said in the smart phone market, Android is already ahead of Apple's iPhone.
Schmidt said that, thanks to the huge volume, high performance Android 4.0, low price, and support many mobile phone manufacturers, Android is now ahead of the iPhone. From a volume perspective, Andriod is indeed an advantage.
U.S. market research company Nielsen's data shows that the U.S. smart phone market has been Android and Apple iOS firmly occupy the two systems. In the past nine months, Android market share of 43% and continue to occupy the leading position in this market, iOS places 29% of the share of second place.

From a global perspective, Android's advantage is more obvious. The third quarter, global smartphone sales to 115 million, which accounted for 52.5% of Android phones share, up more than doubled. Google: Android has been the leading iPhone
