Navx demands 23 million euros to Google

The French company accused Google of abuse of dominant position. She has already won a victory over the engine by triggering an investigation by the Competition Authority, which concluded that Google was in a very dominant position in the market for sponsored links.
The French company Navx, which provides content and services for smartphones and GPS, claims 23 million euros in damages from Google for abuse of dominant position in the proceedings between them before the Court of commerce de Paris. Navx, in conflict with Google since the engine had unilaterally suspended the account, is responsible for the opinion of the Competition Authority on 14 December 2011, holding that Google is dominant in the market sponsored links.

Navx was before the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris in October 2010 to obtain compensation for damages. For damages estimated at 23 million euros (20 million financial loss, and 3 million loss of image and morale). "This assessment is based on an analysis report Sorgem Evaluation, firm which carried out a very precise quantification of damages," said Navx in a statement.
